Hopebridge is a pediatric autism healthcare provider that serves communities across 10 states with over 100 locations. I was brought on as Graphic Designer in 2023 with the initial task of finalizing and implementing a comprehensive rebrand, complete with new brand colors, fonts, graphic elements, and photography.
My role quickly evolved to encompass much more than design, as I sought any creative opportunity available to me. I provided creative direction and management to our external creative agency, ensuring cohesive execution across major campaigns. I created video content, contributed to copywriting and social media strategy, and produced the company’s first podcast.
My work established consistency in visual identity across states, strengthened brand recognition and credibility, and supported recruitment and patient acquisition initiatives.

Hopebridge saw a comprehensive brand refresh in 2023, the outcome of which was shaped by my creative input. I pushed for the brand to move in a fun, friendly direction, deviating from the more sterile conventions of the industry. My implementation established visual consistency across all creative and increased brand recognition.
The new identity included a suite of brand shapes, evolving from the hexagonal motif of the preexisting brand system, and the introduction of hand-drawn textural elements. The refresh kept blue and green central to the brand’s identity, with the addition of a palette of playful secondary colors. I provided creative direction on set for new brand photography, which supported the updated look.
The change was adopted with enthusiasm across the organization, and quickly garnered attention from industry competitors, further cementing Hopebridge as a thought leader.

20th Anniversary Visual Identity

In 2025, Hopebridge celebrated 20 years of service. In partnership with our creative agency, I provided direction for a 20th anniversary sub-brand. Inspired by stationery of the early 2000’s, we created a scrapbook-themed visual identity that was implemented across all content. New brand elements of scanned-in paper, tape, and stickers provided texture that elicited a playful nostalgia. In addition, we created an anniversary edition logo, employee merchandise, and executed a photo shoot to commemorate the milestone.

20th Anniversary Photo Shoot

The 20th anniversary photo shoot was a last-minute request from leadership, so I had a unique opportunity to lead the team as we bootstrapped the production. I conceptualized creative and made mood boards, collaborating with the shoot photographer on direction. I planned each set up, coordinated talent and wardrobe, styled props, and threw lots of confetti.
Due to timeline restraints, I got crafty to achieve our vision. There wasn’t time to print T-shirts, so I cut and hand placed vinyl designs to ensure wardrobe for the shoot.
When we couldn’t find what we were looking for online, I hand made a 3-foot tall piñata.

I assisted in talent and patient acquisition initiatives by designing print collateral that was distributed by physician liaisons in the field, used by clinical team members at conferences and presentations, and shared with internal staff and patient families.
